The Turquoise Trail is a National Scenic Byway that runs from a little south of Albuquerque to Santa Fe. On it, you can see great views, go through mining towns and see cute little art galleries, restaurants and shops along the way.
To be perfectly honest and fair, I thought it was going to be a little more like a Southwest Route 66. It wasn't, but that doesn't mean it stunk, it just wasn't what we expected. We didn't stop at any of the towns, but the views along the way were amazing.
